Our projects involve checklists, templates and routines for the individual, as well as large enterprise activities such as architecture, technical implementations and change management. We handle this with two roles:
Business Architect
Data Governance expert, understanding your context and business case.
Data Engineer
Software expert understanding the technical landscape and implementation.
The Business Architect and Data Engineer works in close collaboration, in phases Analyse/Change and Define/Develop. These phases are non-linear and iterative, which means they may be run in parallel or be repeated as needed.
